School Psychologist Profession-Specific Pathway
Health and Wellness

This 20-hour asynchronous induction pathway is designed specifically for early-career school psychologists practicing in Colorado public schools. Building on the Shared Core Induction foundation, this profession-specific course deepens your practice across role clarity, ethics, legally defensible assessment, crisis response, MTSS consultation, and long-term sustainability. Each module addresses the real-world pressures of the first years in the field — from managing testing loads and confidentiality decisions to leading suicide risk and behavioral threat assessment processes. Fully self-paced, the course integrates job-embedded tasks and reflection activities that connect directly to your current caseload and building context. By completing this pathway, you will build the skills, documentation habits, and professional sustainability plan needed to meet Colorado's SSP induction requirements and advance toward permanent licensure.
