CSSI Plus Four Domains of Rapid Improvement Rubric

The rubric used to complete the visit is the  CSSI Four Plus Domains of Rapid School Improvement Rubric. There are an additional two requirements for charter schools, numbered 9 and 10.

The four domains are: 

1: Leadership for rapid improvement

2: Talent Management 

3: Instructional Transformation 

4: Culture and Climate Shift 

9: Strong Board Governance 

10: Sound Fiscal Management
