  2. On your best day of teaching, which of these strategies do you implement? 
  3. Which of the four strategies do you implement inconsistently? 
  4. How might your implicit biases impact your ability to consistently implement that strategy?
  5. What are one or two ways that you could become more consistent in the application of that strategy?
