Attendance in Colorado

Academic success for students in Colorado starts with students being in school every day. Colorado Department of Education has named attendance as one of its priority initiative.

This course is designed to explore these critical questions by examining the root causes of student absenteeism and identifying effective, research-based strategies to support consistent attendance. Participants will engage in meaningful learning around the “why” behind absences while exploring practical approaches to re-engage students and encourage daily participation.
