Determination of Specific Learning Disability Eligibility: An Overview

This overview of SLD eligibility will allow participants to

  • distinguish between MTSS and RtI and understand how they are interrelated.
  • develop an understanding of how to build a body of evidence through an RtI process in order to determine eligibility for Specific Learning Disability.
  • review considerations for English Learners during the eligibility process for special education services.

This on-demand course is free and can be accessed any time. One hour of CDE credit hours is available upon completion.
