3a - Legislative changes in 2008

Legislative changes occurred in 2008.  The Facility Schools Board was formed and a new office - the Office of Facility Schools, at the Colorado Department of Education - was created.  The Office of Facility Schools is part of the Exceptional Student Services Unit at the Colorado Department of Education.  Both the Facility Schools Board and the Office of Facility Schools have legislative obligations under the House Bill 08-1204.
