ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS

Written documentation of the following must be in each qualification file:

• Must pass the current school year annual written test for Small Vehicle Activity Operators.
• Must complete the current school year STU-17 Form
• Must have an approved MVR
• Must provide proof of a current valid driver license
